Ask about her working style and she'll say she brings calm to chaos — millennial wisdom learning to code switch to fluent Gen Z. 💅
She started at a swim school with no degree. Admin and marketing, which meant chasing payments from parents, scheduling coaches across split morning and evening shifts, organising meets, finding someone to build the website, and creating flyers with just Microsoft Word (when there was no budget for Photoshop). It wasn't glamorous, but it taught her one lesson: No degree, No problem. All you got to be is to find a win is resourceful and willing to look for what's good in a situation.
From there, PR, then hospitality. At Crowne Plaza Changi Airport she stopped hosting only travel journalists and started bringing influencers and bloggers in for food and staycations. Food bloggers hosted for a staycation? The hotel hadn't done it before. She led the charge. It worked.
At Circles.Life, Singapore's most controversial MVNO, she built the community from zero. Turned haters into promoters and promoters into superfans, then took marketing into Indonesia. At Tiq by Etiqa Insurance, she built brand love through community and activations that gave people a reason to show up.
She believes the world needs more stories that push people towards what they could be. She tests that on herself. 42 weeks straight (and counting) of content creation, sometimes more than one a week, most of it over a minute. Some of it worked. Some of it didn't. Either way it taught her pace, storytelling, and how to make people feel things. It's also how she built her own name — Singapore's Resident Mid-Sized Queen, and HDB Tai Tai, working out what "tai tai" life means for a modern woman.
Her motto? "If it's to be, it's up to me." Outside work you'll find her doing things she never thought she could. One of them? Snowboarding.
As Senior Account Manager at Gloo, she connects strategy, creative direction and business objectives, and watches the timelines. She's curious about industries and how people think, and she brings that back to the team.

If your mind's a mess and you need clarity about your social media approach, catch me for a coffee. Iced, large, no judgement. I organise chaos on the daily and I've been doing social long enough (psst... over 16 years) to know which fires are actually fires. 😉 Drop me a message.
