Role Overview

We’re looking for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager who enjoys building strong client partnerships and delivering thoughtful, social-first work across platforms, influencers, and integrated digital campaigns.

You’ll be consultative, organised, and confident navigating conversations around social strategy, KOL ecosystems, and campaign performance. Strong familiarity with the Singapore market is important, with regional exposure seen as a bonus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with the Account Director to consult clients on social-first and integrated digital strategies
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and accountability
  • Lead and mentor junior members of the accounts team
  • Collaborate with Designers, Copywriters, Strategists, and Developers to bring ideas to life
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise social media campaigns against defined business objectives
  • Manage influencer engagement, media activations, and campaign rollouts end-to-end
  • Track budgets closely and ensure efficient, transparent use of spend
  • Analyse campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and post-campaign reports and audits
  • Support digital ad operations including asset reviews, tagging, integrations, and partner coordination
  • Project-manage multiple workstreams to ensure quality, timelines, and expectations are met
  • Support business development through presentations, proposals, and strategic input where required
  • Stay up to date on Gloo’s capabilities, services, and the evolving digital and social landscape
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through upselling and renewals
  • Event and media activation experience is a bonus
  • Qualifications & Expectations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising, communications, or digital marketing
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
  • Solid experience in:
    • Account servicing and client management
    • Social media and paid social advertising
    • Influencer and KOL engagement
    • Campaign coordination and delivery
    • Presentations and stakeholder management
  • Able to manage multiple priorities with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset

    For Senior Account Manager candidates, we’ll expect deeper strategic confidence, stronger client leadership, and experience managing more complex accounts.
