

We’re looking for an Internal Marketing Content Strategist who understands how content moves on social and knows how to turn ideas into content that feels current, relevant and built for the platform.
This role focuses on managing Gloo’s social presence through content planning, social storytelling, and trend-led thinking across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging channels. You’ll work closely with Content Strategists, Creatives, Producers and different teams across the business to turn ideas, insights and cultural moments into content that sparks attention and builds social traction.
You should be comfortable keeping a pulse on what people are talking about, what creators are doing, and what’s shaping culture online. If you're naturally the type to save content ideas at random times of the day or send "we should do this" links to people, you'll probably fit right in.
Agency, social media and creator experience is a strong plus.
