Role Overview

We’re looking for an Internal Marketing Content Strategist who understands how content moves on social and knows how to turn ideas into content that feels current, relevant and built for the platform.

This role focuses on managing Gloo’s social presence through content planning, social storytelling, and trend-led thinking across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and emerging channels. You’ll work closely with Content Strategists, Creatives, Producers and different teams across the business to turn ideas, insights and cultural moments into content that sparks attention and builds social traction.

You should be comfortable keeping a pulse on what people are talking about, what creators are doing, and what’s shaping culture online. If you're naturally the type to save content ideas at random times of the day or send "we should do this" links to people, you'll probably fit right in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee Gloo’s social media channels and content presence
  • Develop and maintain content calendars aligned with internal marketing objectives and priorities
  • Conceptualise and pitch social-first content ideas that strengthen Gloo’s brand and visibility
  • Coordinate closely with Designers, Video Editors, Content Strategists, and other teams to bring content ideas to life
  • Monitor trends, platform developments, creator movements, and cultural conversations through daily Social Pulse reporting
  • Support community management through monitoring comments, messages, and engagement activity where required
  • Assist with content ideation, copywriting, and creative support across other Gloo accounts when needed
Qualifications & Expectations
  • 1–4 years of experience in content strategy, social media, digital marketing, or related roles
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content behaviours across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Comfortable with:
    • Content planning and calendar management
    • Social copywriting
    • Trend and culture monitoring
    • Content performance reporting
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Social-first storytelling
    • Platform behaviours and content formats
    • Creator and trend ecosystems
    • Audience engagement and community behaviour
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup and managing multiple priorities
  • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-moving content environment


Agency, social media and creator experience is a strong plus.
