Role Overview

We’re looking for a Content Strategist with strong writing chops, social instincts, and a clear point of view on how brands should show upon social today.

This role sits at the intersection of copywriting, content strategy, and social execution. You’ll be responsible for shaping messaging, developing content directions, and crafting social-first narratives across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with Social, Creative, Accounts, and Production teams to ensure ideas are clear, culturally relevant, and platform-appropriate.

This is a remote-first role, so we’re looking for someone who’s organised, communicative, and comfortable owning their work while collaborating with a distributed team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop content strategies and messaging frameworks for social-first campaigns
  • Write high-quality copy for social posts, captions, scripts, hooks, and content narratives
  • Translate brand and campaign strategies into clear content directions and story arcs
  • Collaborate with Designers, Producers, and Social Executives to bring ideas to life
  • Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across platforms and touchpoints
  • Stay on top of social trends, language shifts, memes, and platform behaviours
  • Provide clear content guidance during shoots, edits, and production workflows
  • Review content performance and use insights to refine future content directions
  • Contribute to decks, presentations, and written rationales for internal and client use
  • Manage multiple workstreams independently while meeting timelines and expectations
  • Qualifications & Expectations
  • 3–6 years of experience in content strategy, copywriting, or social media roles
  • Strong command of written English and experience writing for digital platforms
  • Proven ability to adapt tone and messaging across different brands and audiences
  • Solid understanding of:
    • Social platforms and content formats
    • Short-form storytelling and content hooks
    • Platform-native language and best practices
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across teams and time zones
  • Organised, proactive, and confident taking ownership of work

    Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle categories is a strong advantage.
