Role Overview

We’re looking for a Social Accounts Executive who lives on social, understands how content moves in feeds, and enjoys turning ideas into platform-native posts that people actually want to watch, save, and share.

This role sits at the intersection of content, culture, and execution. You’ll be hands-on with social-first content creation, trend spotting, and day-to-day publishing, while working closely with Strategists, Creatives, Producers, and Account teams.

You don’t need to know everything yet. What matters most is curiosity, taste, and a strong instinct for what works on social right now.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualise and develop social-first content ideas aligned to brand strategy and audience behaviour
  • Translate ideas into clear content plans, outlines, scripts, and simple storyboards
  • Support planning and ideation for content shoots, from nimble mobile-first production to larger shoots
  • Execute day-to-day social content, including posting, scheduling, and basic community management
  • Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
  • Stay across social trends, formats, sounds, memes, and cultural moments, and apply them thoughtfully
  • Ensure content aligns with each brand’s tone, voice, and visual guidelines
  • Adapt content for different platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
  • Assist with basic performance tracking and learn how to read and respond to content insights
  • Keep content calendars, assets, and workflows organised and up to date
  • Qualifications & Expectations
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media, content, or digital roles
    (Fresh graduates with strong portfolios or creator experience are welcome to apply)
  • Strong interest in social content, platforms, and internet culture
  • Comfortable writing captions, content outlines, and basic scripts
  • Good visual instincts and storytelling ability
  • Familiarity with:
    • Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
    • Social formats, trends, sounds, stickers, overlays, and captions
    • Scheduling, posting, and basic analytics
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • Able to work independently while collaborating with the team remotely

    Experience in health, wellness, beauty, or lifestyle content is a plus, but not required.
